Big O Tires

I would not recommend going here. I called for an alignment. They said come down now the alignment is open and that no one was there. I got there at noon and they said we will get it on the machine right away. Two hours later my car was in the same spot that i left it. When I asked why my car hasn't been seen they said oh they wanted lunch and would get to it. At this point I couldn't wait any longer and asked for my car. While I was waiting for them to take mycar off the ramp I hear them with another customer telling them they put the wrong tire on their car.

I got excellent service at Big O in Midtown Sacramento. Went in for my typical maintenance and they found I had an oil leak that would have been a very costly repair but the staff went above and beyond to research my warranty and found my repair is covered. They saved me thousands of dollars! If you're looking for honest and high integrity help with your vehicle, go to this Big O location! Shout out to Cristy Simons!

Excellent service! Jamie helped me and my son get his first car back on the road with new tires and brakes at a decent price. Reasonable wait times and very accommodating. Thanks Jamie and team!

I have had my tires serviced at this shop and just got back from getting a new battery. They are professional, fast and no nonsense. It is nice to have a place in midtown you can trust. They definitely have a customer in me.

Husband and I went to check on a nail in his rear drivers side tire. The tire needed to be replaced because of the location of the nail. My husband had just purchased all four tires from a different big o tires location in Folsom in October, 2-3 months ago. They are all under replacement warranty. He was told his original tire wasn't available for three days. The worker said they had another one. He signed a paper with a zero dollar total. We left at 9:30am from the tire shop. We were told it would take an hour and a half. We didn't pick up the car till 1:15pm. So almost four hours later. We called them back for hours. We had been walking around midtown for almost four hours after we were quoted an hour and 20 minute wait. We decided to walk back to the shop because we didn't understand why it was taking so long. We were the only people in the shop when we arrived. When we arrived we learned the car had been ready for 40 minutes and they didn't call us to let us know. They also charged us for the different tire, $230. We asked repeatedly does the warranty cover the tire, we were assured the warranty covered the tire. We were not told the tire and labor would be an additional $230
